Questions, answered

How quickly can I be sending?

For SMS, usually a few business days. The long pole is registering your sender ID with operators in your target country. For WhatsApp, the WABA verification step typically takes 1–3 business days. We handle both processes; you don’t need to figure them out.

Where do you actually deliver?

For SMS, our primary focus is MENA (Lebanon, UAE, Saudi, Jordan, Egypt) and Africa (South Africa and SADC via direct aggregator partners). We can route internationally for transactional traffic but lead with local-route quality where we have it. WhatsApp delivers globally through the Cloud API regardless.

Do I need approval to use WhatsApp Business?

Yes. Meta requires a verified WhatsApp Business Account and approved templates. We’re a Meta-verified Tech Provider with direct Cloud API access, so we handle the verification and template submission as part of onboarding. Typically 1–3 business days.

How does pricing work?

Wallet-based pay-as-you-go for SMBs: top up your balance, each message debits the per-recipient rate. WhatsApp template categories are priced per Meta’s tariff plus our margin. Resellers get a tiered model so they can mark up to their own clients. Enterprise customers get monthly invoicing. Tell us what you’d send and we’ll quote.

Can I bring my own routes or WhatsApp number?

Yes. If you already have a WABA or SMS aggregator relationship, you can plug them into Cast and we’ll just be the platform layer. Useful for resellers and customers with existing supplier contracts.

Do you support Arabic?

Throughout. The web app is bilingual EN/AR with proper RTL handling, the landing page builder produces Arabic pages out of the box, and message templates can be approved in Arabic by Meta. STOP/HELP keyword detection works in both languages.

Can I migrate from Twilio, Cequens, Infobip?

Yes. Our API uses familiar patterns, and we can help map webhook payloads, port templates, and run parallel traffic during cutover. If you’re paying CPaaS enterprise rates for SMB volume, we’re probably cheaper. Talk to us for a migration plan.
