In MENA & Africa, Cast sends SMS over direct operator connections in Lebanon and the UAE, and through aggregator partners elsewhere (Cellfind in South Africa). Outside the region, Cast delivers over vetted partner routes, with Meta channels on the same APIs and reporting.
Direct operator connections (and carrier billing, in early access) apply in MENA & Africa only. Outside the region, Cast uses vetted partner routes, including to the United States, and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Where we hold a direct carrier route outside the region, we say so in writing.
MENA & Africa
In MENA & Africa, Cast sends SMS over direct operator connections in Lebanon and the UAE, and through aggregator partners elsewhere, with Cellfind in South Africa. That gives you local sender ID handling and compliance support, and carrier billing (early access) where a carrier is connected.
Where we hold them
In some markets outside the region we hold a direct carrier route. Tell us your markets and we confirm in writing which are direct and which are partner-routed. Same APIs, same reporting, same wallet, with each country's sender rules applied.
Rest of world
Outside MENA & Africa, Cast delivers via vetted partner routes and Meta channels. WhatsApp is global through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Same APIs, same reporting, same wallet, with country policies and templates applied.
