Fewer no-shows, with reminders patients actually answer.

A booking starts the journey. The patient gets a confirmation and a reminder on WhatsApp, confirms or reschedules with one reply, can pay by link in the same conversation, and gets a follow-up after the visit. Scheduling and payments only; clinical details never go inside a message.

See it in Cast

One journey, one conversation, one kept appointment.

This is the real product: the journey as it sits in the builder, and the conversation as the front desk sees it in the inbox.

The healthcare journey in Cast: booking form, confirmation, reminder, wait for reply, reschedule branch, post-visit follow-up, goal
Confirmation, reminder, one reply branch. A 2 hands the conversation to the front desk with a reschedule link; anything else gets the arrival instructions. A thank-you and a score two days after the visit, and the attended visit is the goal.

1The booking comes in

A form on your booking page or an event from your scheduling system starts the journey.

2Confirmation, then a reminder

At once, and again the day before, in Arabic or English.

3The patient replies

1 confirms. 2 hands the conversation to the front desk to find a new slot.

4Pay in advance, if they want

A payment link in the same conversation, receipt on WhatsApp.

5After the visit

A thank-you and a 1 to 5 score. The attended visit is the goal.

Screens are from Cast with sample data. Names, numbers and bookings are fictitious.

The gap

The reminder went out. Nobody could reply to it.

The challenge

One-way SMS reminders, and a front desk on the phone all morning

Reminders go out from the scheduling system as one-way texts. A patient who needs to move the slot has to call, the line is busy, and the slot stays booked until it is missed. Payment happens at the counter, or not at all.

How Cast helps

Two-way reminders, one-reply rescheduling, payment in the chat

Every reminder is a conversation. Confirm with a 1, reschedule with a 2 and a link, pay with a tap. The front desk works from one inbox, with the patient's history beside the thread. Consent, quiet hours and opt-outs are enforced on every send, and nothing clinical is ever put in a message.

How it works

Three steps from booking to kept appointment.

Connect

Send bookings from your scheduling system or your website form into Cast. Connect your payment provider for in-chat payment links.

Orchestrate

Build the reminder journey in the visual builder: confirm, remind, branch on the reply, follow up. The front desk answers replies in one inbox.

Measure

See confirmation and no-show rates, reschedule times and fees collected in advance, per branch and per channel.

No-show ROI

What a lower no-show rate is worth to you.

Your inputs, your math. Edit any assumption below and the numbers update as you type.

Assumptions, edit them
-No-shows / mo, today
-No-shows / mo, with Cast
-Visits recovered / mo
-Revenue recovered / yr

Confirmations, reschedules and payments are recorded per appointment, so you can verify the number in Cast's reports.

How we calculate this

No-shows today = appointments × current no-show rate. No-shows with Cast = appointments × expected rate. Visits recovered per month = (no-shows today − no-shows with Cast) × share of freed slots re-booked. Revenue recovered = visits recovered × revenue per visit × 12.
